After we have confirmed the availability of the item(s) you ordered, we will email you about the total cost (including shipping and handling) and method of payment. We make an effort to respond to your order within 48 hours, but please allow more time over weekends or holidays.
Payment for items from LELE can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Payment for items from hanahou can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or personal check.
- Items from LELE will be shipped from Tokyo, and items from hanahou will be shipped from New York, so if you would like to order from both galleries, please email each separately with your order from that particular gallery.
- Cost of shipping depends on the size of your purchase and the location to which it is shipped.
- please understand that there are no refunds or exchange. If we receive multiple orders for one item, priority is given to the customer who placed the order first.
